Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Telecom Civil Foreman and Workers to join our team at Capital Tower & Communications, Inc. in Waverly, NE. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in telecom civil construction and will be responsible for overseeing and participating in the construction, installation, and maintenance of telecommunications towers and communication equipment. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Civil Crew Plan and schedule work assignments to meet project deadlines Ensure adherence to safety regulations and guidelines Perform line / utility installations Grounding as needed Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions Maintain accurate records of project progress and communicate updates to the project manager Train new crew members on proper construction techniques and safety procedures Requirements Previous experience in the telecom industry, specifically in civil construction Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings Strong leadership and communication skills Proficient in operating construction equipment and tools Willingness to work at heights and in various weather conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensations ~ Starting Base Pay: $26-$30 Depending on experience. ~$2000 Sign on Bonus! Paid after 6 Months of continuous employment. ~ Employment Progress Reviews at 45 Days, 90 Days, 180 Days and 365 Days. Annually thereafter. Each with a potential for a RAISE based on performance. ~ Per Diem is paid out weekly starting at $100/day. ~ Generous end of the year bonuses. ~ Paid Travel to and from regular rotation breaks. ~ Christmas and New Years OFF!
