Property Accountant - $70,000 - $90,000 per year

Join a growing real estate services company! We manage 11 million square feet and specialize in property management, construction, and financial reporting. With offices in Boston, Miami, and Philadelphia, we're hiring a Property Accountant to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements following US GAAP
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts, CAM, and tax accounts
  • Process property-related journal entries, acquisitions, and dispositions
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and lender compliance reporting
  • Support tax filings and year-end audit preparation

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-5 years of property accounting experience, preferably in commercial real estate
  • Proficiency in Yardi or similar accounting software
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, macros)
