Join our team and discover why we are a top veteran employer ( and Certified Great Place to Work ( ASRC Federal Technology Solutions, LLC, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a **Legal Analyst** to support our ongoing contract program with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Asset Forfeiture Program. **Key Role** : + Identify all possible sources of information; correlate collected information and data to substantiate or refute information presently on hand. + Analyze collected information to produce a more complete picture of activities and support investigations currently underway. + Collect and analyze legal data and summarize findings into reports + Ensure data entered database is compliant with Court Order + Perform legal research, summarize disposition transcripts, and compile indices and trail material + Distribute and receive documents related to cases dealing with asset forfeiture- Assist with the drafting of affidavits and seizure warrants- Discretely handle confidential material and sensitive information + Collaborate with team members to meet client requirements. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree required + 2 years of legal, financial or business area experience + Demonstrated skills, based on education or work experience, in the collection of legal data, analysis and evaluation of information + Self-motivation with strong organizational skills and attention to detail + Strong collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal skills + Paralegal certification a plus + Must be a US Citizen and be able to pass a government sponsored background investigation **ALTERNATE LOCATION:** Oakland CA - 1301 Clay Street, Oakland, CA 91731 _ASRC Federal and its Subsidiaries are Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employers.
