Position Summary
The Associate Director, Patient Services will be responsible for assisting and managing the day-to-day operations of the patient service programs in coordination with selected third-party program vendor(s). This individual will drive alignment and a high-level of collaboration cross-functionally and ensure compliance especially as it relates to patient privacy requirements. The position requires a highly organized and motivated individual that can work cross-functionally to accomplish assigned objectives. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for the management of the patient services offerings, identifying and reporting KPIs and other metrics as needed to manage the patient services program.
The position will be a hybrid role based out of Princeton NJ and will report directly to the Director Patient Support.

Requirements
The estimated salary range for this position is $175,000 to $185,000. Actual salary determination is dependent on a variety of factors some of which include: experience, qualifications, and geographic location. This position may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus or an incentive compensation plan (eligibility varies based on role and position level), discretionary stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package.
